Here is Rick on top of Muir pass at 13,000 feet just north of Mt. Whitney in Kings Canyon National park. The weird stone hut behind me is Muir lodge, which was built by the Sierra Club in '30s. Seated on Muir hut are it's two temporary inhabitants, Keith and Pat Mollon. The picture was taken by Edmund Biow who is (in)famous in many ways. We met way too many 'netters out there ;) but all in all a great area, especially Le Conte canyon and Evolution Valley. Also, no bears, which was okay, but no frogs to speak of either :(

Areas to be displayed include Desolation Wilderness, Evoloution Basin, King's Canyon, Yosemite, and Emmigrant Wilderness.
